Questions

Can't find what you're looking for? Contact support.

I've never run. Is RunFormula for me?

Yes. You start by mixing walking and running at an effort that feels right. Your running time grows gradually, and the app only moves you forward when you're ready.

How much does it cost?

Your first 5 workouts are free. After that, starting a workout needs Pro, paid once, with no subscription. Your history, progress and exports always stay open.

I'm training for a race. Is there a plan for that?

Yes. There are plans for 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon, plus goals like staying healthy, losing weight and getting faster. You pick your training days, and the plan counts down to race day.

Can I train on a treadmill?

Yes. In Indoor / Treadmill mode, distance comes from your iPhone's step counter.

Can I import runs from other apps?

Yes. Import GPX files from Garmin, Strava or other apps. You can also export your own runs as GPX, CSV or JSON whenever you like.

If I switch iPhones, will I lose my workouts?

No. Backup to iCloud Drive is on by default. When you install the app on your new iPhone, it finds your copy and offers to restore your workouts.

Does the app use kilometers or miles?

Both. It starts with your iPhone's units, and you can switch under Units in Profile.

Which languages is the app available in?

English and Brazilian Portuguese, including the voice cues during your run.
